We have just returned from a lovely lunch and now the card is safely in her hands I can let you see it.
It’s 50yrs since her arrival on planet earth and during that time eggs and chooks have featured on many occasions. from being a youngster, collecting eggs to owning her own chooks, not to mention that her Great Grandma was called Googa Nanny. (Googa as in Egg)
So I thought the Hey Chicks was a natural go to and besides they are cute. . I did CASE some help from Bronwyn Eastley’ s tutorial, who is a bit of master at these Z fold cards.
Products used include:
Front of card with the Free Sale-A-Bration Hey Chick stamp Set, Avant Garden Stamp set, for the flowers and the Any Occassions Stamp Set which forms the banners. Other details are from Serene Scenery DSP, Gift from the Garden Stamp Set, Scalloped Tag Topper punch, Layering Squares Framelits, Watercolor Pencils, and White Chalk Stampin’ Marker.
The wire fence is the fantastic Hexagon Dynamic Textured EF.
Front of card standing.
Closed card
Opened out.
Back view.
Details of pockets, we wrote on each of the cards.
Sale sign, shelf and the Naughty chook in the garden. Note all the front chooks have party hats but the back chooks are running late and not at the party yet.
Hope you have enjoyed this little display. I had great fun fussy cutting it all out.
Of course daughter was delighted!
Happy Creating!
Naomi Connolly.

Certainly not Bronwyn. In fact you are about to get another blog link from me as I have just completed a couple of moon baby z folds, inspired by yours.
